Everything included when you book Dallin for your ceremony, reception, or both.
Before The Event
- Pre-event preparation
- Load, unload, setup, and takedown
- Travel and gas
Travel is included for events along the Wasatch Front or within a one-hour drive of Murray, Utah. Beyond that, it’s an additional $100 per additional hour of drive time.
Sound
- 2–3 professional speakers: two 12″ speakers for the main area, plus an optional third speaker for the ceremony or a satellite area
- Digital professional audio with wireless Shure microphones
Lighting
- Two T-bars with four par lights each, for the dance party
Emcee & Music
- Emcee for announcements and any games — shoe game, couple’s scavenger hunt, anniversary dance, and more
- Music for the ceremony and special dances
Pre-Planning
We’ll meet over phone or Zoom to go over the schedule for everything — ceremony, special songs, games, your dance party playlist, send-off, and more.
